Ravi Kumar is the Director and CEO of Neo Rays. He is the founder and a successful entrepreneur with more than two decades of experience in Information Technology.

Ravi Kumar set up Neo Rays executive search practice and has also been instrumental in making the company a leading talent solutions provider. He has a rich corporate & consultative work exposure in Talent Solutions.

Having a technical background with Mechanical engineering, he has built the Work Force Management Platform to be an industry-leading one and has been part of the team that takes key decisions at the corporate level. He has vast experience in IT industry with focus on services, sales and business development along with proficiency in manpower outsourcing programs with emphasis on managed services. He has been instrumental in setting up multiple service offerings, creating innovative recruitment models and scaling up a world class delivery organisation to meet clients’ recruitment objectives.

Kavitha is the Director of Neo Rays, and she is responsible for Neo Rays business and operation.

She is regarded as an unconventional thinker with many firsts to her credit. Her vision and work have drawn recognition for Indian industry and her company. A woman entrepreneur, She initiated strategic initiatives such as diversity in Neo Rays through the lenses of race, ethnicity, ability, gender, neurodiversity, and beyond—can help to strengthen organization.

She holds MBA in Human Resources. She holds key position in organization and takes strategic decisions at the corporate level.
